A PRIVATE EQUITY FUND
We are a community oriented Private Equity Fund that is dedicated to the economic development of Pakistan through micro-investments in business, industry and real estate sectors.
Since we are not restricted by rigid, out-of-touch with current market realities, regulations, we are flexible in funding. We focus on collateral rather than the project. We look at upside of the deal rather than focusing only on the downside. Our fund is collaterally secured. We are not just bookish fund managers, we are market savvy project managers as well.
We are Islamic Shariah compliant. Our profit & loss fund partnership model strictly adheres to Shariah guidelines by not indulging in usury or dealing in interest based transactions. Hence you can have mental and spiritual satisfaction that as a fund participant, your earnings are permissible and halal.
RETAIL PHARMACIES
Fund has been successfully involved in acquisition of failed or non-functional pharmacies throughout Lahore and in turning them around into vibrant, flourishing and profitable stores. At present, we are acquiring one pharmacy every quarter, with the target of acquiring and managing sixty pharmacies throughout Pakistan within the span of ten years.
AFFORDABLE HOUSING
We are bullish on affordable housing in Pakistan. We believe that the economic marvel of prosperity can only be achieved when a common Pakistani owns his or her own home and has such a job that provides a livable wage that exceeds inflation and currency devaluation. At present, the fund is involved in funding various affordable housing projects in inner city Lahore.
